Updates and More....

So I've been slacking on posting here, but a lot has happened since my last post. I'm currently apprenticing at Carton Brewing Company in Atlantic Highlands, NJ. It's been an awesome learning experience, I've been brewing on a Newland Systems 15bbl brewhouse. It's like "Glorified" home brewing.

In addition to brewing with Carton, I've also learned about kegging, filtering and proper cellaring procedures. 

Makes you appreciate the craft when you have to stir the Mash by hand.

I'm going to try and update a little more often now that there is a lot going on in my life that is brewing related. Till next time....
